By the 1980s, Bill shifted his focus to reprographics and computer graphics system integration, paving the way for further innovations in technology and art-related ventures throughout the 1990s. His entry into the Internet landscape in 1993 marked a new chapter in his career.

In 1994, Bill launched his first online company, dedicated to marketing and technology services for sculptor-artists. By 1999, SculptSite.com was born—a groundbreaking platform providing blogs, sculpture news, and updates to serve the global sculpture community.
